Larry and Leo helped me with my renovation and we have been working together for many other projects too. They are reliable, resourceful and have some great ideas. I am super grateful for them in enabling some of my crazy ideas into an one of a kind space that serves many unique purposes. They are professional with conduct and receptive to new ideas, and are bold to explore into design and materials. Great job and would always recommend!

Llano is currently building a laneway house that I designed for my client. They are very professional and reliable. I would love to work with them again on my next project.

I had the pleasure of collaborating with Leo and Larry from Llano Developments Inc. for the leasehold improvements to my office, and it was an outstanding experience. I can't say enough about how friendly and professional they were throughout the entire process. From the beginning, Leo and Larry impressed me with their extensive knowledge and responsiveness. They managed the entire project, including the permitting process with the City of Vancouver and coordinating the efforts of various tradespeople. Not only did they deliver the leasehold improvements on time, but the quality of their work met my expectations. What's even better is that their quote was more affordable than all the others I received without compromising the quality of the work. As an added bonus, Leo and Larry shared their contacts in design and furniture supply, which was very helpful. I recommend Llano Developments Inc., Leo, and Larry to anyone in need of reliable, efficient, and friendly professionals for their leasehold improvement projects.

Both Leo and Larry are top notch Professionals! They keep everything on track and were great to work with. This is the developer that everyone needs. They knew exactly what clients want and they do care a lot about the finish details. I am having a great experience working with them to sort out our ACM product details and they were very easy to work with. Thanks!

Wow, they totally blew me away! Their designs? Straight-up 🔥. From the get-go, it felt like they were building a place for a best friend. The quality is just top-tier, no corner-cutting anywhere. And they're super punctual too, which is a rare gem these days. Plus, they treat everyone with respect and genuine care. Honestly, with their mix of killer design, quality, and great vibes, they're the whole package. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a dream home! Big thanks, Leo&Larry! 🙌🌟
