I had the pleasure of collaborating with Leo and Larry from Llano Developments Inc. for the leasehold improvements to my office, and it was an outstanding experience. I can't say enough about how friendly and professional they were throughout the entire process.
From the beginning, Leo and Larry impressed me with their extensive knowledge and responsiveness. They managed the entire project, including the permitting process with the City of Vancouver and coordinating the efforts of various tradespeople.
Not only did they deliver the leasehold improvements on time, but the quality of their work met my expectations. What's even better is that their quote was more affordable than all the others I received without compromising the quality of the work.
As an added bonus, Leo and Larry shared their contacts in design and furniture supply, which was very helpful.
I recommend Llano Developments Inc., Leo, and Larry to anyone in need of reliable, efficient, and friendly professionals for their leasehold improvement projects.
